The recommended route is to use the M53 motorway and the Queensway Tunnel.
While travelling through the tunnel follow the signs for City Centre. On emerging from the tunnel
join the three lane carriageway heading towards the City. Move across to the right
hand lane, and turn right at the first set of traffic lights signposted Albert Dock.
Follow the road round past the Liver buildings on your right to the Albert Dock area.
After passing Albert Dock, move into the right hand lane. Turn right at the next set of traffic lights
into Sefton Street. Proceed to a roundabout with Harry Ramsden's Fish and Chip restaurant on your right.
Go straight on and turn left 50 yards after the roundabout into Park Street. Proceed up the hill
over the traffic calming ramps and follow the road round to the right into
Grafton Street. Continue along Grafton Street past Boughton's furniture warehouse. Follow the road left up the hill to the
Herculaneum Bridge on the right hand side. The secure car park is just above the hotel.
